As a boutique stationery and calligraphy studio, we specialize in bespoke invitation suites and day-of branding for the details-obsessed couple. How much do custom invitations cost?
The short answer is that most of our clients spend between $3,000-$7,500 on their invitations. The long answer is that pricing is highly variable due to the custom nature of our products. Some key factors that will affect pricing are print method, calligraphy vs. printed envelope addressing and the amount of custom illustration incorporated in the design.

When should I inquire?
Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we recommend booking at least 8-12 months ahead of wedding day to allow ample time for the design process.

Will you address my wedding invitations that I ordered from another stationer?
If Hailey has availability, absolutely! All calligraphy services are done by Hailey, whose books fill several months in advance. We recommend clients interested in calligraphy services inquire early, and remember to order the industry standard 15% extra envelopes Hailey and other professional calligraphers require for quality assurance.

What does the custom invitation process look like?
The process begins by getting to know the client's vision for their wedding stationery. Clients can either submit event details and inspiration pictures via email or book a consultation call with Hailey to share their vision. After that, we put together a custom proposal outlining key design elements and a detailed quote. Should the client decide to book, we finalize the booking with a contract and collect a non-refundable, 50% retainer to finalize the booking. Then, we create a custom design concept and share digital proofs with the client for review. Most clients need 2-3 rounds of revisions to achieve their dream stationery, which we allow plenty of time for during the design process. Additional revisions are availble at no additional cost, time permitting, so we encourage prospective clients to inquire early. Once the design is perfect, we produce and assemble your invitations so they ship to you stuffed and sealed.
